What do you reckon it'll be this year? Something new from the study design? Post your predictions below :)

Probably something about Senge's learning organisation and applying it to the change process using a contemporary case study. 5 principles x 2 marks = a perfect 10-mark question

I'm guessing something to do with CSR or Lewin's 3 step change model

I bet my money it will have a reference to corporate social responsibility...Most likely during change or the operations system.

My guess is that Lewin's model would be a 6 mark question (i.e 2*3 marks)

Would it almost be 100% that it'll ask to "use a contemporary business you've studied this year?"

I was thinking the same thing!

I bet my money it will have a reference to corporate social responsibility...Most likely during change or the operations system.

The sample examination had a CSR question related to operations, so it may be on change!

Probably Senge's learning organisation on a learnt contemporary organisation, or an 'evaluate' on either 3 step change, one of the theories.
Then again VCAA could come out all guns blazing and throw something like 'explain the importance of leadership during change, and using a contemporary case study, evaluate Lewin's Force Field analysis'

who knows, really

Could even be on one of the motivation theories such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs

Maybe, but i think it would have to be either a discuss or evaluate, there probably wouldn't be enough to write about otherwise

I feel that linking a motivational theory to a business in the last 4 years might be a little difficult? Then again, it is VCAA, so anything's possible...

They might go a little easy on us since it's a new study design. Let's hope for the best

I hope they they do. Really wishing for a simple Senge question. 5 key elements with a definition + example and it’s easy marks.

Post exam note: There was no way we could've predicted that...
