'In its simplest form, the ratio 60c : $5 is

a)60:5
b)3:20
c)1:8
d)3:25
e)6:50

I chose e but apparantly, the answer is d. How?

Obviously $5=500c
therefore you can go 60:500
remove a zero and it become 6:50
You can then further divide both sides by 2, therefore you can get 3:25 :)
