The timetable I posted on the ATAR Notes FB page went up before NESA's. Not complete, but I still chalk that as a win ;)

Seeing some pretty nasty double ups and consecutives actually! How are we feeling? :)

I would like to contact NESA and ask them why Visual Arts is so darn early??? Creative subjects are never these early in the timetable so unsure if this is a good or bad thing. I would've had Visual Arts, Maths and Ancient History all in the one week ahhh. Hope the timetable works out well for everyone :)

I actually have so much I want to say about mine.

18/10- Advanced Paper 1
19/10- Advanced Paper 2, Music 2
22/10- Visual Arts
29/10- Modern History, Society and Culture
31/10- Extension 1 English

Cons-

MODERN AND SOCIETY ON THE SAME DAY. This is literally a repeat of my half yearlies  :'( I had these two exams on the same day in my half yearly as well and it is just such a disgusting double up. I even said earlier in this thread that I didn’t want a double up for Modern and this is just the rudest thing NESA has decided to do  >:( The only nice thing is that I have a week to prepare for them...

Why is the Visual Arts exam so early? The CAPA teachers are all shocked that Music and VA are so close together  :'( I thought they would spread out the subjects out so students who had subjects in the same faculty wouldn’t suffer too badly.

Middle area-

Extension 1 English being my last exam. I’m quite happy with this because I want to end with my most confident subject but if I could I wouldn’t mind switching this with either Modern or Society to avoid such an ugly double up  >:(

Advanced Paper 2 and Music double up. I saw this one coming and although I detest the idea of doing these two on the same day, at least it’s Paper 2 and I won’t have to worry about doing another English exam like previous years when they put it on the afternoon of Paper 1.

Pros-

Getting them over and done with. My exams finish on the 31st which means I am out of the HSC much earlier than some of my friends  :)

Overall, I have mixed feelings about the timetable. I just hope my Trials one will be more in my favour because this is not pretty  :'( There’ll be plenty of time to bring myself up and work hard though so I’ll just try to stay positive where I can and change my perspective on the timetable once I have a little cry  ;D :'(

I'm happy I don't have any double ups. BUT WHY ARE LEGAL, BIOLOGY AND MATHS IN THE SAME WEEK. Like smh I had faith legal would be in the end. Also, after maths I have an 8 day break until Business Studies, and I'd literally have preferred to have an 8 day break for ANY other subject, since Business is my strongest subject ughhhh. Oh well.

I FINISH ON 2ND NOVEMBER AND HAVE A CONCERT THAT NIGHT THOUGH. That's literally the best end of HSC day I can imagine

I seem to be one of the rare ones that didn't get destroyed by a bad timetable. My only gripes would have to be with French being a week after English Extension 1 and Legal being 3 days after Paper 2 - was kinda relying on Legal being late with a decent gap from my other subjects and I have no idea what I'm going to do in the week between Extension 1 and French. That being said, I have a few mates who have English Extension 1, Maths Extension 1 and Modern History in 3 consecutive days, which is super unlucky.

and MX2 will be cancelled altogether. Groovy ;)
As much as this would probably alleviate the suffering of a lot of unfortunate souls, your memes need way more work lately mate :P

Not too bad of a timetable..

Just can’t believe they put legal so early and SOR literally in the last week! Seems a bit odd to do that

Yeah, RIP!

My timetable:
English Paper 1    18/10 AM
English Paper 2    19/10 AM
Biology                  24/10 AM
Mathematics         25/10 PM
Food Technology  07/11 PM

Pretty much what I expected... It's not too bad, but two afternoon exams? Ewwwww.... So much time between Maths and Food Tech, so I feel like I will lose so much motivation haha.  ;D
