Biomed double degrees... no more biomed advanced?

I'm not sure about the employment rate for biomed but it probably isn't too good. Therefore I'm considering doing a double degree for more job security. But I don't know what to consider. Should I do a double degree with commerce or science? I'm more partial to science, but then I'd be falling into the same trap... But commerce seems a bit drab to me. What to do?

Also, I haven't been able to find biomed advanced on the monash site. Does anyone know anything about this?

Commerce has everything from theory and essay heavy management/marketing through finance/economics all the way to basically applied maths. The question is, what are you interested in?

Asides from biomed, I'm interested in psychology which can be majored in science (I think), but after more researching, I found that there was also a component of psych in commerce, to do with behavioural commerce, so I'm leaning more towards commerce now. Thanks

So im assuming you are gonna do biomed just for interest and the other degree will actually be your career.

For psych you can do arts or science for the major.

Not too  sure how indepth behavioral commerce will go into the psych that you are interested in.

There's really not that much behavioural stuff. It's touched on in some units, and there's one subject on it (ECC2600). You'll have a week or two of it in a couple of subjects, otherwise.

If you want to do psych, do science.
