Quick Bound Book Question

What I want to do is staple my photocopied notes into an exercise book. The above page is quite hard to understand, but are you allowed to do that?

Just a normal exercise book with staples notes in it.

After reading that looks like you can. Just make sure it's stapled in properly, for example as if the notes you attach were a single page of that book
