Textbooks

Hi, my school uses the Heinemann books and on the booklist, it says "New Edition - Enhanced". I've already bought my math textbooks secondhand and don't know what will be different. Apparently, there are going to be more examples and working out. Do you think the actual content and questions will have changed a lot?

Honestly, I don't think it matters. I used totally different textbooks to the ones I was actually prescribed just because I preferred them. In this case, you're just using an older edition and as everyone knows, no, book publishers don't really make many changes at all over editions. You should be fine.

Did it really matter that you were using an entirely different textbook? Weren't you confused whenever the teacher explained something within the prescribed textbook?

My teachers didn't teach out of textbooks anyway. They were pretty much only for self-study/doing questions from.
