Official answer is D. Which I agree with, by the way, but that's not the point....

Let's look at the premise of the question:

A design tool is selected to represent a table in a record.

Records DO NOT CONTAIN tables.TABLES contain RECORDS.
The question should say either:
a record in a table
or
a table in a database

No?
