Does anyone go to this tutoring place? - www.theintuitioncentre.com.au

If you have gone to the VCE classes here, can you tell me how you found them?

Thanks.

In my tutor-seeking frenzy at the start of the year I wasted a whole day looking for these guys, went to the chicks apartment to enrol (address was on the flyer) and she wasn't home and sent me to the Braybrook campus instead. Couldn't really be fucked and she told me there wasnt enough demand for my subject (biology) anyway.

In my opinion, class tutors like these aren't helpful unless you're really struggling in a subject, believe me, I did it for a whole term and all they did was go over concepts other kids had trouble with (which we did 5 weeks prior in school). Especially for someone like you - whom I assume, is a fairly bright fellow [judging from your posts] would benefit much more from self study. Just post on VN when there's a concept you can't get your head around. Vn is the BEST asset you can have for VCE ;]

QFT. I believe VN is one of the biggest factors in my success in VCE (I never had a tutor).

Doesn't look like it.
Generally, private tutors are a lot better. You can pick up some good ones here on VN for a lot better price who would be able to help you with YOUR needs. One-on-one service is way better then a tutor catering for a class.

I'll reply to your PMs later; I've exceeded the hourly PM limit. ;D

I'm thinking of doing English there again since I'm repeating - the tutoring here was far better than the James An tutor I went to!

I guess it depends on which tutor you get and not the centre/tutoring business itself. With year 12 at the intuition centre, it's good that you don't have to buy any of their prescribed books. I remember in year 9 and 10, I didn't like doing reading comprehension from that ancient book...it's so old you can't order it from anywhere.

Anyways, how did you originally found out about the intuition centre?

There are some new tutors at TITC now. Anyone been there before?
