Heinemann CAS 3+4 textbook?

Hi,

I ordered this book from the book store and it still hasnt arrived yet. I've got a test this week and I have no idea what to do.

If possible, could someone upload chapters 1 and 5 from that text. I know that someone else has uploaded the text but only ch 4 works from that link.

Yeah that was the one I tried. Only chapter 4 works from that. Could you please send ch 1 and 5?
