b  New Zealand Citizen  (go to Q3) 
c  Holder of Permanent Resident Visa  (go to Q3) 
d  Holder of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa  (go to Q3) 
e  International Student and Students on Temporary Visas  (go to Q3) 
f  Residing Overseas and not an Australian or New Zealand Resident  (go to Q3) 


if i am a permanent resident and applying for citizenship (interview next week), should i pick permanet or citizen?

I'd assume PR and then change it to Citizen next week.

AFAIK there's no difference enrollement-wise for Citizens and PR's.

Although best thing to do is call Monash.
