"The young boy is accessing counselling and the situation is being monitored."

He is receiving counselling? Stuff him, what about the alleged victims? What about protecting them and removing this kid?

"Relatives of the alleged victim have accused education officials of a cover-up, saying school staff told students not to tell their parents about allegations."
That is the most worrying part. If that is true, it is just more proof that education officials, school administrators care about their own ass first and foremost.

I don't agree with what looks like a retributive reaction to his actions: I believe in rehabilitation. But, yes, the school should get their priorities right. Something has gone wrong, and you don't tell the kids to ignore it.

The kid definitely needs to be removed from the school, considering it happened again. And also he should be beaten. Hard
