Unavoidable clashes FTW.

Does anybody know who I should speak to about getting it sorted out? I think I can fiddle around with some of my chemistry lecture streams to avoid a clash on Monday morning. Will they let me do this?

yeah that happens cos of the clash. it doesn't affect you, you're still enrolled in French, you'll just have to choose which lecture to go to and then let the other lecturer know you can't make it to their lectures, and catch up on the recording later

and not all units record the lectures- for example only my science unit in my nursing degree last year got recorded every week and on the odd occacions the others were recorded- well once on one particular day they did-due to bushfire warnings in the area they recorded them so the students who weren't able to make it/decieded it was safer to stay home didn't miss out

Monash Gippsland campus- could be different to other monash campuses

does it really matter what stream is recorded?
i thought all streams covered the same stuff anyway

in some disciplines your exam is marked by the lecturer of the stream you are enrolled in

lecturers sometimes tend to focus on different things, for example in some of my tutes last year the tutor had to say stuff like "if you are in Katrina's stream, remember to mention X, but if you are in Rachel's stream I know she prefers that you focus on Y"

maybe that's just law though
