Okay, an article by Hugh Latimer (VCE assessor) says that we should know:

"What is the consequence to the body's cells with respect to water balance if blood glucose concentrations rise?"
I have no idea... is this about excreting more concentrated urine?

and when vesicles move out of the neuron is it because calcium ions are released out or come in?

I believe that would be to do with osmosis?  Excreting more concentrated urine would only be of consequence to the kidney.  If there is a greater amount of sugar in the surrounding tissue fluid of the body than the intracellular fluid of the cells, what will be the consequence?  Water will move out of the cell.

There is an INFLUX of calcium ions into the axon terminal to stimulate the release of neurotransmitter from the vesicles.
