Specialist Maths Analysis Task SAC

Im assuming that every school is required to have an analysis task sac as part of the course... sorry if im wrong

my teacher said that you can't really study for it beyond knowing the basics, and just told us that the SAC requires knowledge from 4 broad areas; kinematics, circular functions, vectors and calculus.

Is there anything i can do to prepare for this? because the textbook doesn't really have 'analysis' type questions as such

the sac is 3 periods long and i think they link to each other. it is divided up into 3 sections so you can't come back in 2nd lesson and re-do questions from part 1

Anyone else done/doing this ?

There's one of these types of SACs in every maths subject. 

The best way to study for them is to know all the theory perfectly well, and to do the extended response questions from books like checkpoints or A+.

Ahh i don't have checkpoints or A+ lol, is there anything online that you can print out that is similar?
