Civil Pre-Trial Procedures

Been in 2008 and 2009, the examiners report keeps talking about how the majority don't seem to do well and how people always mix it up with criminal.

Don't know any examiners though. They could choose criminal to shake things up, although that'd be a bit easy imo.
ANU Law 2011? Waiting on my ATAR to know XD

You are very much correct. I believe that their is an extremely high chance civil pri-trial procedures will be touched on this year...once again.

Division of powers.
Civil pre trial
you know their will be some mark question on your comparision, but this year I'm betting chocolate on it being a high mark question i.e 6-8 marks which would make me very happy.

I think the extended response will be on juries and reforms.

I'm also gussing there will be a question on either "Seperation of powers" or "the consittutional division of powers", as many people seem to get confused by them.
