'Hopefully' isn't very certain.

Hopefully means it's not intended to go down. Of course, when you make changes to a website, nothing is guaranteed, but I'd say I'm 99% sure there will be zero downtime and 99.95% sure than any downtime will last no longer than 1 hour.
