Graduate Programs/Jobs 2011

Hi All,

For those who are graduating this year, just wondering where are you all going next year

To start this off, I'm going to Accenture but was fortunate to receive other various offers.

I'm graduating next year but I'm quite interested in this thread because I have to start thinking about that stuff. I think I'll just apply for a really large number of things (both jobs as well as courses and scholarships) and hope to get to pick from a lot of different options. Accenture sounds pretty cool though, good job

I won't be graduating for a few years but I am also interested in this thread as I might be applying to graduate programs for several government departments/agencies then.

However, this is a VCE forum with very few members graduating this year. I would love to see the replies to this thread but would also suggest people interested in graduate jobs to look at the graduate program board at whirlpool.

Tina, did you happen to go on the Accenture Adventure? I'm only asking because I applied for it (and indeed, I've just finished interviews and I'm waiting to hear back from them).

No I didn't go on the Accenture Adventure I wish I had applied!
Well if you went through the interviews I am sure you got it! They don't usually interview many people

Let me know how it all goes!

PS. With the graduate entry, I've heard just under 4% of  all applicants get into the company. So, if its the same with Accenture Adventure then I'd say you stand an excellent chance

Thanks That's good to know. The Accenture Adventure sounds like a lot of fun so hopefully I get on it
Do you know if many people who go on the Accenture Adventure get a job at the end?

Yeah all my friends who did it scored a job at the end

If you get into Accenture Adventure, theres pretty much a 100% chance you'll get a job.

They invest so much into the 3 day program, they wouldn't pick duds!
