Try SparkNotes? They should have it, I think. Alternatively, try this website. I found that pretty useful as well.

I never used online summaries because I couldn't find any, but I think the study guides are enough resources.

Year Of Wonders is a recently published book and it's difficult to find online study guides as it hasn't been studied intensively in the past. I used TopNotes though an English teacher at my school didn't recommend it. There should be hard copies around this stage now.
