Is there a way for us to forward notices to our email?
and is it normal to get religious ones?

Notices are pointless. The religious ones are from the religious clubs spamming it.

i don't know how to do it in the portal, but i select the text, then drag it to my email icon on the dock, and type 'me' in the To: field and it sends it to me
