Paying your fees

Would i be able to pay for 2 of my subjects and let HECS pay for the rest? also the census date is 31st, does it take 2-3 days for the transaction if its by cash to post office??

You'll be able to pay 2 subjects worth of fees, you won't be able to specify which subjects they are though.

No idea on the cash one.
