Hellooo. I've got 2 questions I really need help with, so if anyone could, thanks!

The graph of the function with rule has gradient 1 when x = 1. The value of K is?

The equation 3sinx-1=b, where b is a positive real number, has one solution in the interval (0, 2pi). The value of b is?

erm... why is it ? did you mean or ?

for the second one, recognise that the interval represent a full period => sine is either at its maximum or minimum.
