What does provisional entry to medicine mean?
Do you need a umat or gamsat score?
and... how hard is it to get in compared to undergraduate medicine?

Thankyou!

Provisional entry is when you are guaranteed a place in a graduate medicine course provided that you first meet a certain performance requirement in an undergraduate degree.
A few uni's offer it, and it is pretty much just as difficult, or even more difficult, than getting into undergraduate medicine.
Here's a link to UQ's provisional entry page: http://www2.som.uq.edu.au/SOM/FUTURESTUDENTS/MBBS/ADMISSIONS/DOMESTICSTUDENTS/WHATDOINEEDTOGETIN/Pages/Year12MBBSProvisionalSubQuota.aspx
