i really am confused as to why people dislike that post so much.
I answer his question by giving an example of reasonable scores, unlike on of the above posts which states you need the rest to be 50's, in order to answer his question.
I do not see why this post is disrespectful, rude, etc.

why bother posting about people neg repping you? it derails the thread and also who really cares? o noes someone negged me, lifes over? if you care so much pm each person individually and ask them to tell you exactly why they negged you, so you can learn from your mistakes and become a better man.
Why post complaining about other people complaining? You know they're derailing the thread, replying to them just helps them!
As for the post, I have no idea why it was voted down. I don't see a good reason why it happened, and I would like to know the reason (someone pm me please).
But now, back on topic.

Hey, I agree with you... It's a loop, but I suppose I just find it annoying.
In the end it comes down to accountability. I could go around and negative post everything I don't like... and that's OK by these rules? So why does anybody need to even bring the topic up. Hell, my previous post was contentious and got a -3. Fair enough, people didn't like it, should I start complaining about that? Everyone has the right to their own opinion.
If you could somehow prove that these people all had a personal vendetta against Bazza, then fair enough it's something worth bringing up. But I didn't neg. his post, I don't think it's bad, I even up'd it to make it less negative overall. It's just the whinging after a negative post that I find annoying.
