Recommended tutors?

Hey,
I was just wondering if anyone could recommend tutors in Melbourne, Frankston/Sandringham line only.
I'm having a hard time with English and desperately need to bring my marks up to get into my course

I would personally recommend Shinny for a crash course. He has had nothing but positive reviews, and from what I have heard, is able to simplify the course down to something which can be easier to understand for students.
