hey mate, it should be a quick 1-2 sentence describing the actual issue. it is important not to detail how to overcome the issue, you are simply describing the CURRENT issue.

Ok, so for our Prac SAC we received and email with the following issue stating;

"To whomever it may concern,

I am requiring your services for the development of a prototype Web solution for my artwork club (Faux Art).

The current situation is that members meet once a week to see a showcase of old and new artwork. New artwork is also emailed to registered members of the club. However, at the last club meeting, a number of concerns were raise by members:

Some members don’t like receiving too many emails with unwanted artwork and their inbox cannot handle the file size of some images.

Some members live too far away to attend meetings

Some members would like to share & discuss their work with others around the world.

Some members would like to have information about themselves available to other members so that they can be contacted easily.

Regards,
Hanz"

So far I've come up with this one. Is it correct or a massive FAIL?

"The problem is to create a website that can meet the growing informational needs of the members."

Thanks

unfortunately it is a little bit wrong. You said "The problem is..." which fine, but then you went on to state the solution to that problem.

This might not be truly correct, but off the top of my head you might say:

'The problem is that Faux Art do not have an effective method of reaching their members and that members are not able to only view relevant information, instead of all of it, including large unwanted files.'

Hope this helps
