Do we need to know our student numbers to fill in at the front of an exam.

If you know yours beforehand, it's always a good thing, but they've got a placard on your table with your name, subject and student number so you could also just copy it from that =]

I'm just writing it on my cheat sheet (physics). But as Zafaraaaa said, they have a placard on your table to copy it from

You'll get to learn it off by heart soon enough anyway :p

It'll be on your table and probably stuck with a barcoded sticker to the front of your exam too so i wouldn't worry.
