Plan of action needed

Ok, so post mid-years, I felt as though I 'screwed up' my physics exam (B+ to very unlikely and very low A+). I did well enough in chem though. So far this year, my main workload has been around English (30%), Spesh (40%), Methods (10%), Chem (15%) and Physics (5%). After doing not so well in physics (obviously didn't give it enough time, but my teacher is of no help either and makes it seem very boring and difficult!), should I give it more attention (it and bio were always going to be bottom two for me, decided start of the year on this) in order to get maybe 37+, or focus more on the rest of my subjects, which I am much better / much more interested at/in?

Any thoughts?

Thanks  :)

Same situation as me last year. I just crammed in the entire course literally a day before the exam for bboth the mid year and end of year, and still ended up getting an OK/good score (well after scaling it beats ya bio ;) ). If you're destined to make that bottom 4 then go ahead, but if you're aiming for a 99 it's always good and almost a necessary back up to have something in the low 40-mid 40 range as your 5th subject score, because it is very possible that you may end up stuffing up something on your end of years in your top 4.
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

At least you can afford to stuff one of the mid years, cause I did three maths I HAVE to have one of he sciences in top four as they can't be in the bottom two. I am pretty good at physics and focussed more on Chem fopr mid years and it cost me. I was relying on physics to get high in and now well i think i did better in chemistry. All we have to do is continue to try as hard as we can (but not burn ourselves out), maybe continue focussing on meth and spec since you can still do well in them and well doing spec makes methods easy. Put it this way, as long as you put in the effort, you cannot do any better and so can be happy with no regrets. Now, time to work. Don't lose motivation, there are others out there that have done the same thing and will now drop the ball.
