If you had to prioritise study for a particular subject what would you choose- a subject you have a high possibility of reciveing a SS over 40+, or a subject you are recieving average marks for, what would you choose?

Despite the fact you should study and put in equal effort for all you subjects, which would you suggest. As im caught between prioritising study for a subject im averaging B's, and a subject where im recieving high A+'s.

What do you think? :-\

remember 5th and 6th subject only count 10%. The difference between a 25 and a 35 may be huge, but when it comes down to 5th or 6th subject, that 1 aggregate is really tiny.

make that conscious decision about which one will be your 5th/6th subject, and concentrate on your main subjects =]
that is, with the exception of English. always try hard in English.

Why don't you have time for both?

If you had excellent time management, prioritising is only a very small part of it. I advise developing a study timetable, or something to this degree, and therefore, you have time to focus your energy on each subject equally. Every subject deserves special attention, and this is a key ingredient to an excellent ENTER score.

Speaking from a ENTER standpoint, you're better off maximising marks in any given subject than letting one - or maybe two - subjects slide a little bit (with the noted exception of English). That's what the 5th and 6th subjects are for!!

However, I would not recommend *actively* sacrificing effort in subjects for the sake of another. It is better to get slightly below average marks over the remaining studies as opposed to a major negative deviation in a given subject. I'd just recommend you spend more time studying the unit you wish to do well in.

Yeah dont get me wrong. i work equally as hard in both subjects and want to do well in both, yet i recieve better marks in one subject than the other. I suppose time management is the key.
