I'm pretty sure everyone is suffering from 'burning out' ie everyone working themselves too hard, and now it feels it takes enormous effort to do something.

I'd suggest taking a break or two. Perhaps work really hard one night and finish everything due the next day...take a huge chill and do nothing...

If you can't motivate yourself to do work force yourself by working to a timer...works for me....which reminds me I have 15 minutes to finish my chem hw....

I think a lot of people go through this 'stage' or whatever you want to call it.

Try mixing things up a bit, take a break from studying, watch some tv or go hang out with some friends.

that's a big ask considering exams are only a month and a bit away

I'm not saying stop studying altogether, just take a little break (i.e a day off) to take your mind off things.
