hey, does anyone out there know why it's important to meet with the GM and the employees?
this is in a practice outcome for the SAC 3 preparation.
Here are the tasks on the non-critical path:
meet with GM
meet with employees
install equipment
prepare procedures manual
print procedures manual
check procedures manual
train staff

So that you can have a meeting with them to see what they would like the program to achieve. I'd assume it's basically just so that you can meet with all stakeholders within the company to get all viewpoints on the kind of system they are using now and one that they may like in the future.

(It's hard to say with minor details).
