Hey i wondering SAC's marks can go up or down (not ranking) to suit fairness of all schools statewide would the person did well alll year in both SAC's and Exam but the rest of class only did well in SAC's (bcoz of marking) and not the exam does that mean that the whole class would get their SAC marks lowered or just the ones who did crappy?
O yea and also grade distributions what happens if you get a 46.5 which more than an A (41-46) but less than a A+ (47-50) which one you get?

if two people mark your exams, then unless they each give you 0.25 or 0.75, it's probably unlikely that you'll end up with a decimal score after the two total scores are added together
but anyway, i think that if you did get 46.5, it'd get rounded down to 46 (that's what one of the maths teachers at my school says)

Aww... That's not the way maths works. :( It kind of sucks for people in that situation, though.

As far as I know the SAC score is rounded to the nearest whole number, so 46.5 -> 47. I heard this from my teacher yup yup

Since SACs are marked internally, it could be the case that each school has its own policy regarding rounding. After all, they only need to submit a ranking to the VCAA at the end of the year.
