Overclocking my cpu

ok so i overclocked my cpu 100 mhz more and it on good temps 21c to 35c and if over overclock 40 :S

You don't have a need to overclock.

wait don't HP's and other pre-built computers have locked multipliers and locked FSB's?

Umm..it's a hardware block.

You'd have to flash the BIOS to be able to do that :S ?
