Can any recommend the best website to set up a blog?
I want something that's easy to use.

Oh and it has to be pretty too

Does anyone know where to get good layouts for blogger? i.e. not crappy layouts from PIMPMYPAGE.com

wordpress is popular. Also, layouts are not that important, as anybody who cares will follow your blog via rss feeds.
