formatting the recovery disk

my recovery disk is getting full and i really wanna clean it up.

but i am not allowed to open it or alter anything according to the instructions.;


so if i format this D disk (recovery disk), will it be screwed up?
well the limit can turn into a threshold..

I hope you aren't storing files in your recovery disk? You shouldn't touch/format your D drive, that's to recover system files when something goes wrong...
