I was a bit shocked to see the VN going down x_x" I even googled the hackers and started to freak over the fact that VN may have been gone for good! :( but hooray its back

VN didn't get hacked... The server that VN uses got hacked.

A stream of websites connected to the server that VN uses were also down.

You do realise that its illegal to shut down a server without their permission?
