Lets face it, if it happens, it wont be until next year.

so pretty much its to remove the area in Section 51 of the constitution
(xxvi.) The people of any race, for whom it is deemed necessary to make special laws:

i think it will also be an update to the preamble as well, to acknowledge that Aust wasnt empty when britain decided to go on a holiday.

however, i dont think it will pass, because of the whole double majority rule.
