If that last part is true, then I'd say don't bother. Problem is for most people, that part isn't :P Study skills is a waste of time, but can be a bit motivating. But if you're capable of studying on a Sunday, that doesn't seem to be an issue for you anyway. Generally the free ones just try to lure you into going to their proper lectures and don't really teach all that much.

Depends on the subject, I think. My friend went Bio and said it was alright (Seeing as it was free). English wasn't all that for me, however it might have just been the lecturer? Apparently the guy lecturer for english was pretty good. Study skills is longgg but it is motivational if you want to better manage your time, etc.

Study Skills lecture were definitely motivating: I went out of that lecture and i was like "I FEEL LIKE STUDYING!"
And then i got home and was like "meh. i'll do it tomorrow."

It depends on what you want to get out of it.
If you feel like you will pick something up whether it be miniscule or big, you can come away that you learnt something that you believe will help you. Could also be a short term confidence booster.
