ok qu 1: why is iron in wine?

wine is made from grapes. Since iron can be found in fruits, hence it can also be found in wines.
that's a wild guess from me =]

qu4:
it is necessary to draw a calibration curve to make sure our data is somewhat reliable and hence, it will allow us to determine the concentration of iron in the wine.
another wild guess from me =]
