Where do your interests lie?
judging purely by your Username, PE could be for you.

PE is a subject where if you are interested in the concepts and theory, you shouldn't find the content too hard.
Still, there is ALOT of content to be learnt and you have to be genuinely willing to work very hard to pull a good score, don't treat it as a bludge subject.

I didn't do Economics but I did PE, and if Eco is even half as easy as Business Management then Economics is the easier of the two. I loved PE and am doing a corresponding course at University, but I found it easily the most difficult of all my subjects.

PE is a subject that if you know your stuff, and learn it all- you will get a good score. It's an easy subject that requires a lot of work to do well, I was aiming for 45+ the entire year so I made sure I got this by memorising all the notes I made, did all practice questions I got and all the exams I could find. Unlike other subjects, you can't always ensure this, since they aren't as forgiving (in PE you can drop so many marks in the exam..)
I can't say for ECO, but from what I've heard from people, it doesn't sound like the above^.

Lol, Business management is just watered down Economics, imo.

Economics isn't easy.

Since I did both subjects I try help you out.

Economics is a lot more theory based than what PE will be. There are several key concepts that you will need to remember
and have to relate to different states of the economy such as what should the government do in times of a economic downturn
to increase growth and so on. It is a subject that can grow a little tiring since it does seem to be a lot of the same stuff all
over again. It can be interesting however and opens your eyes up to what happens in the world.

PE is also theory based but not as intensive as what Economics is. It does require several key concepts that form the corners of
a puzzle and as you learn more and more you gain more pieces of that puzzle. Some areas may be a little bit confusing as to why
some sports use different energy systems but after a while you realise it is quite simple. The learning is also a lot more varied as
you will learn lots of different things that you can put into your daily routine if you work out and all that.

All in all, if you like varied learning go PE if you like something that stays along the same lines for it go do Economics.
