would it be a good study plan to dedicate these 2 weeks holiday trying to get through revision of all content needed (maybe if thats not possible allow for another week) then have 3 weeks just doing exams?

would you recommend this? not too sure how i should divide my time

Sounds like a good plan. It's probably better to revise the subject before getting into the trial exams.

Depends on what subjects you do. English is pretty straightforward; just do an essay every now and then and also make a few essay plans.
For maths subjects I would recommend just starting practice exams. You will generally have areas of study that you know really well and those not so well. Practice questions will tell you exactly what those are.

For science subjects I would say you should start if you think you're ready. But some extra revision is always good.

I'd put my input for humanities subjects, but i have none...

For Humanities subjects it's crucial that you adequately complete your notes for the entirety of the course first before attempting exams.
But yes, start as soon as possible.

ok well i am doing english, psych, further and chem.

with further, i just forgot the core that was done earlier so i am tryna do all the chap reviews before i start prac exams. english is straight forward just do essays after essays....

@luiy: well to tell ya i have stopped making notes as teacher either provides them and they just take too much time. Have i made a mistake? i have always relied on notes before, but given up on them as they take so much time and my writing is difficult to read.

As long as you know the concepts, doesn't matter how you revise.

I find it best to make a comprehensive set of hand-written, basis notes, and I rely on these notes to complete questions and further revision.

Teach your teacher's notes to yourself, just make sure you know the key knowledge areas in the study design.
