So it says that 50% of our study score is the exam and that is made up of 400 marks.
The oral is 12.5% out  of 50% so does that mean 100/400 of the marks are for the oral? and 300 for the written component, or do they work this out differently? Or is my maths just failing? lol my mind has been processing japanese for the lsat few days :/

All i know is that Written exam > Oral > SACS.

My teacher told me today that the oral is 25% of our mark?? Completely confused. But he did say that the Oral component was marked as following:
2 examiners. Each examiner scores the student on:

Communication (out of 10, then doubled at the end)
Content (Out of 10 only)
Language (out of 10, then doubled).

So whatever maths that works out to be...
2010 - Further Maths; Literature
2011 - Specialist Maths; Mathematical Methods CAS; Japanese Second Language; Chemistry; Biology
2012 - Science/Law @Monash Clayton

Oral exams for languages are indeed worth 100/400. The actual amount of marks they are worth is out of 60 but this is changed to a percentage to make it out of 100.

The written exam is worth 75 marks but the score is multiplied by 4 so that it is out of 300.

300+100=400.
