SEAS, FTB-A+B and Statement of Support

Hi,

For the disadvantaged financial background category on question 2.1, it asks for you to tick all benefits in which "you" are currently in receipt of. I've ticked 4 of them including youth allowance however the other 3 aren't necessarily MY benefits, they're benefits that my mother receives. I've got hard-copy receipts of all the benefits I've ticked and am planning to bring them into the VTAC office this weekend. Would it be wrong for me to have ticked all of them? They're not very clear on what they mean by benefits because although these benefits are not directly assisting me, they do indirectly assist me through my mother spending her benefits on the family (me). Do you think they'd disregard my application completely for ticking these benefits AND providing evidence (assuming that they only want benefits that are directly related to me)?

Also, when it asks for the Centrelink Reference Number (CRN) do I put down my CRN or my mother's? I'm dependent on my mother so my Centrelink records show up on her CRN either way. I was planning to put down my mother's CRN because then they could access other evidence too.

We receive the Family Tax Benefit, both A and B, and have hard-copy evidence for the year 2009-10 only. Either Centrelink only sends out the current receipts at the end of the financial year or my mum has misplaced it so I don't have the 2010-11 receipt. Is it fine to use the Family Tax Benefit receipt for last year (2009-10) as my evidence?

Has Centrelink even sent out the 2010-11 FTA-A/B receipts?

For difficult circumstances, my mother's personal counsellor has provided me with a statement of support electronically (she submitted it using the one-time login that I gave her). She however, did this at my home and so I'm wondering whether VTAC would mind that both my impact statement AND statement of support came from the same IP address?

One last question. Is Access Melbourne guaranteed if you meet their criteria or is it based on the quality of your SEAS application/s? So in other words, if you've submitted a SEAS application that meets the Access Melbourne criteria, are you automatically considered for courses under Access Melbourne?

Thank you.
