Very few, apparently in 45+ a single mark is the equivalent of a stud-score point

10-12 overall depending on rank/cohort and difficulty of the exam.
It's pretty much 1 mark lost = 1 study score in the 4+ range.

Last year I was ranked 2nd in my cohort (by 1%!) and I know that I lost maybe 2-3 marks over both exams + any stupid errors (which I am certain I must of made some). I ended up with a 45, rank 1 ended up with a 44.
