i tried that last night.. just laid in bed for 2 hours :(

Thats why I've been jumping around and exercising the last two hours to try and tired myself out enough to fall asleep at 9. And it's worked, I'm ready to drop now.

im really tired atm so if i could i would sleep now.. but then id end up waking up at like 2am and be feeling REALLY anxious and nervous then die in the exam..

that works? im sick atm and it hasnt helped me fall asleep, im afraid if i do exercise i'd get more sick :(
