ok was it just me, or did anyone find that ridiculously easy?

for someone who barely studied and conceded this would be one of my 10%'s I reckon I did enough for a B+ pushing an A

It's not just you. I'm the same - barely studied at all except today and definitely was planned as my 6th subject. I found it really easy. What essays did everyone do?. And what for each paragraph?

I did washington and public policy and I talked about stuff.

couldnt quite remember a second way DFAT influences, so I threw some made up one in at the end.

I think the Australian Foreign Policy essays were quite difficult - just my two cents.

I found I could write an essay for every one, it was just a case of what I could write my best for.

any idea of a c+ average sacs, with a b-B+ on the exam? 30+?

Not sure to be honest - but going off the fact that everyone felt it was easy it will probably have a very high A+ around 90%ish.
