it's just really hard to read because you have to zoom in and out and scroll around all the time

really? I have the new Kindle, no problem reading any PDFs I throw at it, providing that I read it in landscape mode. No conversion needed.

I have textbooks, journal papers, etc. Displays graphs and math equations beautifully.
