Was the exam harder or easier as expected? Were there any tricky or ambiguous questions? Do you think you went well? Discuss.

Hopefully got the 34 I wanted. I'm happy. Was a decent examination though to be honest. Didn't quite understand the ethically and socially responsible management question, I went through and explained how each process of operations management can be ethical so sourcing inputs from free trade countries etcetera.

much easier in my opinion...compared to last years this was easy!

thank god they put kotters as the 10 marker as well! although i have a feeling they will mark hard since everyone expected it.

one question i had trouble with was the three differences of an operations manager in a manufacturing based organisation and a service based organisation.

time was not an issue...finished with 35minutes left

and about the exam, it was pretty straightforward....
the induction, training and development  and the ESR questions were quite ambigious and it should be interesting to see how they mark it.

yerss but the 10 marker had a little bit of a perk with..only mentioning 4 steps of kotters and explaining how it effects internal environment it was a little wierd..:/ but cant complain it was overall pretty good...thankgod its overr :)

Yeah Tintin I agree that element of the 10 mark question was a little strange!

Overall it was a pretty okay exam :) Agreed that some of the questions were a little ambiguous as to what they actually wanted, but time shall tell :)

Yeah, it was bit confusing how they brought internal environment and kotter together! was bit hard linking the two then the organisation example as well.
But overall i agree the example was easier than expected!
I don't doubt there will be a much higher cut off this year though..

I ran out of time towards the end and my last question was rushed and poorly linked :( Hopefully I can still get that 60/65

A+ was 79%-80% last year , that was the cut off for an A+. i think that it was was way easier than last years and was pretty straight forward , however it may of had tested the time constraint on many. I personally think that the A+ cut off this year would be around 84-85%.

personally i think it was harder than last year's exam. a lot of the questions a lot of us didn't know what it was asking for.
like the OH&S employee expectations one, that was weird and i had to bullshit a lot in that.
