I was thinking of getting a goat from oxfam, as the money isn't really mine.

No-one I know, no-one I know feels weird about spending other people's cash.

I would feel weird spending it! Just give it to the police, but knowing them, they'd probably just spend it on themselves anyway, so I think just donate it to charity
