BBus or BComm In Monash (location & prestigiousness)

First off, I was offerred to do BBus (Accounting) in Monash, and I would like to ask, is there any difference between BBus and BComm (also majoring in Accounting)? Some people have told me that it's basically the same and is equally sought after in the job world, but some told me BComm is more reputable.

Secondly, between Caulfield and Clayton, which is a better place to live in? And which of these two places will be more expensive to stay at?

Thirdly, is it possible to change my course to BComm before my first semester, rather than transfering later on. I have checked the website and I am eligible for both courses, given my ATAR of 94.9, however, I think I listed BBus (Accounting) as my first choice.

Fourth, thank you so much for your help with my ignorant questions!

B. Comm is definitely more reputable, since
it requires a higher ATAR.

Caulfield will be more expensive, around 600 ish i think?
That's because it's definitely closer to the city and has more
attractions. That said, there will be a lot more international
students living there.

Clayton is around 400 - 500 (trust me, I live near here). I do
think that Clayton's better to live in, since I'm the type that doesn't
go out to party. But if you're an outgoing type, probably Caulfield is
better for you. But you have to remember that you can always
share rent expenses if you rent with friends.

What dc said, irregular offer.

umm bcomm all the way if you can get in. bbus is similar in content as bcomm however, there is a reason y it is harder to get into bcomm than bbus and the reason is bcomm is just bette reputation. Job wise there are more ppl who have bcomm in the upper tiers of companies.

Thanks for your replies! So what are the possible ways to transfer my course to BComm? And if possible, i'd like to start my first year there doing BComm, rather than changing later on. Also, I don't really understand the concept of irregular offer.
