Mazda 3, i've heard that mitsubishi's aren't worth it. But Mazda 2 is better than both ^^

+1! I saw an advert for it today and forgot to mention it here. It's a cute little car, much easier on the eyes to look at compared to the rest of the smiling Mazda range. It's a nice small car with 5 doors!

I would have mentioned the Yaris earlier on but I just can't stand how Toyota put all the gauges in the center of the dashboard. I mean why?!?!?!

Leaning towards the 3 now. Mitsubishi Burwoods offer of 23200 without spoiler but with tint was like meh. The peeps down at Berwick Mazda love us.

So what a whole lot of people (including myself) have said in this thread has had no bearing on your decision? Thanks.

Since you're determined on either a 3 or a  Lancer;

1. The 'spoilers' on the cars you're talking about, provide no downforce and would be useless anyway since they're both FWD. Oh and they also don't make the car go any faster either.

Plus 'spoilers' look tacky on most cars.

2. I'm assuming the tint they give you will be fairly light. Even the darkest 'legal' tint is quite light. You could go darker than legal without drawing any attention towards yourself because, well, you'll be driving a 3/Lancer. Plus it'll only be a couple hundred bucks; nothing compared to the budget you have.

But I'm so confused now that its come down to what offer I get the best of.

Yeah any spoiler I get would be for looks, not anything else LOL And i'll get tint regardless. Tint on black cars= nice. Yeah?

And I not feelin' the Lancer anymore. LOL I change my mind every goddamn day.

Tint on any car looks nice, more so, it's almost a necessity in Australian/Victorian weather. So the darker, the better. i.e. Illegal > Legal.

:) I know, brings back what? Year 10 again?

Yeah thats why I have tint as a necessity. It'll cool the inside of the car down.
And yesterday I realised how hard it is to drive while fiddling around with the radio. Luckily both the Lancer and 3 have steering wheel control buttons for stuff like that.

I personally love Mazdas but still think for hatchback the toyota carola is best (in terms of safety) but for features the hyundai i30 has come a long way

Out of the Mazda 3 and Lancer, İ would say go for the Mazda 3. BUT as some saıd try gettıng an older car, maybe 2005-2008 ? I personally drıve a Holden Commodore Omega 2008 model, ıts great an fast 230 KW (ex cop).  For a female Id say : Toyota Yarıs, Nissan Mıcra, Holden Astra/Vectra, Honda Prelude, Ford Focus/Fiesta, Honda Jazz or Hyundaı Getz.

Im personally dyıng for a 350z, fuck you vıcroads and your restrıctıons......
